We desperately hold on to our selves just in case we need to depend on ourselves to get back on our feet

This is when we begin resisting, refusing to budge until He proves something to us or worst we are paralyzed with fear. We also open ourselves to getting influenced by others (people and fallen angels).

This kind of attitude is counter-productive. As God said:

Question: What is the attitude of one who no longer needs one’s self?

God’s answer:

Meaning: This is one’s answer to every possible negative dooms-day what if scenario. Instead of conjuring up fallback plans (What will I do then?) or saying “I’ll just deal with it when it happens”, one trusts that even if the worst comes true, this is all part of God’s perfect plan.

God’s statement:

Meaning: Que Sera, Sera is a Spanish expression meaning: whatever will be, will be.

Question: What does it mean to “Let go and let God.”?

God’s answer:

Meaning: It’s the same as the message of the sculpture. God is just more thorough in explaining what letting go and letting God entails.

How can I follow God’s will, I ask but he does not tell me? This is the most difficult part about following God’s will. We don’t always know what God’s will is. He gives us the big picture but He doesn’t give us the blow by blow account. This can be maddening especially when you are faced with a situation where you feel that some decision has to be done, and you no longer know what is right and what is wrong.

So, what do you do? You pray that God’s will be done, that whatever happens, internally and externally, to you and to others involved happens because it is God’s will.

When all you desire is for God’s will to happen even if this means that the possible worst may take place then, you truly trust God. You have made God your choice.
